I managed this level on my first try, in 4 moves:
(These steps may or may not work for you. In any case, they should make this level much easier)

1. Keep restarting the level immediately until you can make a match in the very bottom row with your first move.
2. MOVE 1: Make the match in the bottom row.
3. MOVE 2: Mix 2 coconut wheels together. This will make the bottom row consist of vertically striped candies, and set them off.
4. Move 3: Then mix 2 more coconut wheels together. This will also turn the bottom row into vertically striped candies, but will leave the special candies as they are.
5. Hopefully you will have a coconut wheel and chocolate bomb remaining.
6. MOVE 4: Mix the coconut wheel and chocolate bomb. This should finish things off!

 

The above strategy also got me 3 stars. I haven’t tried doing this again, so if you do try it, please let me know how it goes!
