What you need to do is:
- Break the caged candies open as quick as you can, as this will make it much easier to create the chocolate bombs required.
- A vertically striped candy will take out lots of caged candies nicely.
- Mix the given chocolate bomb with a single colour candy (or if you can, a wrapped candy!), as the removal of one colour of candy makes it a lot easier to create more chocolate bombs.
