What you need to do is:
- Remove the meringues as soon as possible
- Vertical striped candies are particularly helpful on this level, especially if you can use one to clear a column with an ingredient in it
- If there is only one ingredient on the screen, the next ingredient will appear as soon as that one is cleared. Use this situation to your advantage by then trying to clear candies in a column that looks like it will be easy to clear completely, in the hope that the next ingredient ends up in the easy-to-clear column.
