What you need to do is:

1. Make vertically striped candies - lots of them.
2. You only need to set them off in the column with the ingredients in it, but it is of course helpful to use some to detonate the horizontally striped candies encased in toffee in the lower part of the board.
3. This should get rid of most of the 5 hit blocks preventing the ingredients from reaching the bottom.
4. Just keep making those vertically striped candies and detonating them in the ingredients’ columns. It should only take 4 or 5, maybe 6 of these in the right column(s) to get all the ingredients out. Simple!
